Café «Rezidenz», located in Schönbrunn Palace, is known first and foremost for its special show. In the viewing hall of this café’s bakery, experienced chefs prepare traditional apple strudel before the eyes of numerous spectators. Visitors not only learn how this legend of Viennese cuisine is made, but also receive the original strudel recipe, making it possible to prepare this famous delicacy even at home. Here you can also receive a «diploma» allowing the seminar participant to proudly call themselves a true «Viennese Apple Strudel Baker».
