Restaurant 181, located at a height of 181 meters in the Olympic Tower of Munich, opened only the year before last, but has already earned a Michelin star. Perhaps the reason lies in the merits of the famous German chef Otto Koch. Or perhaps it is also due to the unique setting: the restaurant is not only located at a bird's-eye height, but also rotates around its axis, making a full turn in 53 minutes.
