The Jumeirah Golf Estates area is perhaps the most fashionable place in Dubai for golfing, where a huge sports club stretches out amid elite mansions. Landscape designers and architects did an excellent job — amid the residential houses they managed to integrate enormous golf courses very harmoniously, creating a unique infrastructure that combines both sport and prestigious real estate.
Golf enthusiasts have several magnificent courses at their disposal, which will easily satisfy the demands of the most discerning clients, as they were created under the supervision of Greg Norman - the famous Australian golfer.
At present, several premium-class luxury residential complexes have been built in Jumeirah Golf Estates on an area of 375 hectares. A total of 1050 villas are located here. Each estate is created according to an individual design, and Mediterranean Tuscan motifs combine perfectly here with high-tech solutions. Two golf courses already symbolize the elements - Fire and Earth, while “Water” and “Air” are still under construction.
The aim of creating such a project was to position Dubai as one of the world's leading sports venues. This has worked out very well - since 2009, Jumeirah Golf Estates has successfully hosted the World Tour Championship.
