Despite numerous warnings from the Ministry of Health, Germany's beer culture has only continued to grow over the years. New varieties of this drink keep appearing, traditions are evolving, and new establishments are opening.
More and more small breweries are entering the market, where, as a rule, beer varieties that are non-traditional for Germany are brewed: stout, ale, and others. Usually, the drinks here are brewed in small batches, according to special signature recipes. Most often, such companies do not produce on an industrial scale; their sales are organized right here - in breweries equipped to receive guests or in small local shops.
One of Berlin's most popular private breweries is Eschenbraeu. Beer has been brewed here since 2001, and guests can choose from many different varieties. Those who want not only a drink but also a bite to eat should try the local pies, for example, the traditional Flammkuchen.
