Cracco Restaurant is located in the very center of Milan. Opened in 2007, it has already managed to earn a brilliant reputation, becoming the recipient of two Michelin stars.
The restaurant's interior is done mainly in light tones; it is modern and laconic.
And its chef Carlo Cracco is known as a recognized master of his craft and one of the leading innovators in his profession. The dishes that he offers his visitors, although created on the basis of the cuisine of Milan, are nevertheless completely unlike a traditional Italian meal. The food prepared here belongs to the category of extremely creative cuisine. So, for example, only here can you try flounder baked with chocolate, white potatoes and tomatoes.
Connoisseurs recommend ordering the ten-course tasting menu and trying rice cream with sea urchins, corn cream with foie gras, pigeon creme brulee... You can also choose the "a la carte" menu.
And a wonderful conclusion to such a dinner may well be an invitation to the kitchen and a personal meeting with the famous chef Cracco.
