EverTravel Mobile Guide for Android

It is probably best to start by talking about what EverTravel is. It is a new, beautiful, and very convenient travel planning service. With it, preparing for a trip can be truly quick and easy. To make it easier for you to understand a service that may still be unfamiliar, we wrote an article containing lots of useful tips on using the EverTravel website. We also advise iPhone owners to read about how to plan a trip with the EverTravel mobile app on iOS. And this article will be dedicated to owners of Android-based smartphones.

"EverTravel Guides" - that is the name under which you will find our app in Google Play. You can download it absolutely free. It is best to download and explore the EverTravel travel planner with a good wi-fi signal.

Open the app and sign in. This is necessary so that your trip plans are saved in your account. Create a trip by clicking the plus sign in the upper right corner. Choose a city from the list, for example, Амстердам, come up with a name for the trip, specify its duration, and click "save".

You will see a list of days that are still empty. Let's fill them in! Click the gray picture, and a selection of what can be added to the trip opens before you. Let's start with the simplest thing - a place.

There are more than a hundred different sights in Амстердам. You will see all of them in a list, from which you can immediately save to your trip plan the places you would like to visit. Just click the "add" button to do this. And if you click on the place itself, you will go to a page where there is its photo, a brief description, contacts, opening hours, ticket prices, and a marker on the map. In short, everything you need to know for a visit. You can also add a place to your trip plan from here - click the plus sign and it will turn into a checkmark.

Select several interesting places this way, and then return to your trip plan. Now you have ideas for the first day of your journey around Амстердам.

Let's plan out the second day. Click the gray picture again and now choose a route. For example, Музейный квартал. Open it, and you will see a brief description of the route, the places included in it, and a map with the walking plan. Click the white plus sign, and this tour will appear in your trip plans. Such solutions are incredibly convenient, because you do not need to add places one by one; it is enough to choose a ready-made option for a self-guided tour that already includes the most significant and interesting places in the city.

So, we have figured out the second day too. Let's move on to the third. Now let's try adding places from the map. This is especially convenient when you decide to walk around some area, for example, near площади Дам. You look at the map to see what is nearby and add to your trip plan whatever you would like to see. Voila, everything is ready! This is how you get a personal multimedia city guide. Are traditional paper guidebooks capable of that? ;)
