Aqua Palace Water Park is a huge water attraction covering more than 9000 sq.m, located just 15 minutes from Prague in Pruhonice-Cestlice.
The grounds of the water park are truly enormous, and with the number of services and entertainment offered here, it is easy to get confused, so Aqua Palace can conventionally be divided into three large parts or, as the creators themselves call them, palaces.
The first of them, the "Palace of Adventures," is designed for adrenaline seekers. Here you will find five types of water slides - something like a counterpart to roller coasters - three of the most dangerous slides in the water park, a space funnel in the form of a closed bowl, and a "wild river" with an artificial current that will carry you from the indoor part of the park to the outdoor one.
In the "Palace of Relaxation," as the name suggests, you can lie back and recover after the adrenaline rush in the "Palace of Adventures." This is one large relaxation zone with a pool and several hot tubs.
The third palace is the "Great World of Saunas," featuring Finnish, Roman, and Russian saunas. There are fourteen cabins here in total. In these saunas, hot air alternates with cold air, thick steam rises, and jets of water spray from special openings in the walls. Separate cabins with loungers are also located here.
In addition, "Aqua Palace" has a bar, a cafe serving traditional Czech cuisine and drinks, as well as a hotel. This water park is ideal for a vacation with the whole family, including even the very youngest children.
