The final stations of the Via Dolorosa are located directly in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Immediately to the right of the entrance is the ascent to Golgotha, to the “Chapel of the Nails,” near which Roman soldiers first divided Christ's garments and cast lots for them, and then nailed the Savior to the Cross.
