Locals remember “London” from the days when the name still ended with the letter “Ъ” and it was not a bar but a hotel. Now it is an iconic venue that regularly hosts performances by well-known artists, whether Russian bands «Чиж & С°», «Би-2» or other famous and even foreign DJs.
Among the regular visitors here are mainly socialites and their admirers, as well as top managers of large companies at “business meetings” with bosses visiting on business trips. Although, of course, the doors of “London” are open to everyone… who passes the strict dress code. Getting in here wearing shorts and flip-flops is basically impossible; it is not even worth trying. The gloomy muscular guys at the entrance have the right to deny entry without explanation.
The interior of “London” is very pleasant: soft lighting, comfortable furniture, and the longest bar counter in Sochi. The selection of whiskey and cigars is probably also the widest on the entire coast. The presence of a huge screen and many plasma panels makes it possible to hold broadcasts of competitions here, organize presentations, as well as premiere film screenings. Which, in fact, is what regularly happens here. But mostly, of course, people come here to relax, dance, and appear in photo reports for glossy magazines.
