In Belvedere Park, in the former Ceremonial Stables of His Highness Prince Eugene of Savoy, in addition to unique works of Austrian art, there is also the very interesting “Salm Bräu” brewery. The signature foamy drinks here are made according to old recipes and on equipment of the brewery's own design. The brewery even has a small museum dedicated to the history of beer production.
Needless to say, the beer here is top-class? It is served with appetizing pork ribs, schnitzels, soups, Austrian salads - absolutely delicious! The ribs are a real hit at this brewery, and they are enthusiastically praised in practically every review.
“Salm Bräu” is popular with the residents of Vienna, so we recommend booking a table for the evening in advance. The average bill is 10-30 euros per person. Keep in mind that the portions here are usually large. Russian visitors should be especially pleased by the menu in Russian and even several Russian-speaking waiters.
