By visiting the castle, you can attend a knightly tournament held in the large jousting arena. This thrilling performance featuring many actors leaves a wealth of impressions and emotions.
In the castle's inner courtyard there is a creepy torture chamber, where terrifying instruments of interrogation used several centuries ago are displayed before you. The outer courtyard is notable for the fact that here you can visit a pottery workshop and try to make an exclusive clay item with your own hands. Also located here are an old forge, Robin Hood's shooting range, and a stable with horses and donkeys.
It is pleasant to have a bite here in a tavern decorated according to all the rules of the Middle Ages: heavy and massive oak furniture, wooden chandeliers, and even clay tableware. The cuisine here matches the decor - there is plenty of everything and it is all very hearty. It could be no other way, for knights need to build up their strength before another Crusade.
