The name of the springs, included in 2005 in the list of the best in China, translates as "pearl river." They are located in a picturesque place - among the mountains and on the shore of a lake, half an hour's drive from the city of Sanya. Next to the thermal springs there is a five-star hotel that forms a single complex with them.
About 40 springs operate here, each of which contains beneficial water with fluoride, silicic acid, and radon. Several pools are filled with healing herbal infusions and decoctions of herbs such as motherwort, aloe, ginseng, and chrysanthemum.
The water temperature in most of the springs ranges from 30 to 60 degrees, and there is also a cold bath for lovers of temperature contrasts. A "boiling" pool is also intended for lovers of unusual sensations.
For ordinary relaxation without a therapeutic effect, the complex has two pools with regular water. One of them is two-level, with different depths, and the other has a children's playground with slides and fountains.
Some of the resort pools also offer physiotherapy procedures in the form of massage showers. You should choose wellness baths very responsibly, since many of them have contraindications.
