Located on the grounds of the luxury beach resort of Nusa Dua is the excellent “Bali Golf & Country Club” golf club. The golf courses here are ideal, perfectly matching the resort whose hotels rightfully have their five stars.
The golf club, built to the architectural design of Robin Nelson and Rodney Wright, began operating in 1991. Such important figures as the President of Indonesia, the Sultan of Brunei, and the Prime Minister of Singapore attended the opening. The club is a complex consisting of the golf course itself, as well as specialty shops, restaurants, cafes, and even the Ancora golf institute.
Golf lovers will appreciate the course, as it is among the top five courses in Asia. There are 18 holes here, each unique in its own way. The first holes offer magnificent views of the Nusa Dua resort surrounded by dense, lush greenery. The next holes lead players through a coconut grove, and as the game comes to an end, you can see the blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The impressions from the game are excellent: equatorial vegetation, a mild climate, clean air, and first-class service.
The golf course is located near the shopping centers and hotels of Nusa Dua, so players have access to the resort's entire infrastructure - beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops.
