Safari Park is one of the two parts of the grand wildlife park Safari World. In this part of the park live hundreds of species of exotic animals: lions, tigers, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, and, of course, elephants. The animals are provided with conditions as close as possible to their natural habitat.
Safari Park is like a "zoo in reverse" - here it is not you who looks at the animals, but the animals who are interested in you, or not interested, if you arrived right after feeding time, when the animals are resting in the sunshine.
The tour through the park takes place in armored buses or jeeps, so there is no need to worry about safety and you can calmly observe the park's inhabitants. Moreover, the local animals are used to the daily flow of visitors, so they behave absolutely naturally in the presence of tourists.
Monkeys and orangutans do not lag behind the cars with people at all; they climb onto the roof or hood and brazenly demand treats, which children and adults gladly give them. By the way, in this unusual zoo you can feed all the animals, though only with special food that is sold right here.
In addition to the zone for car rides, Safari Park also has walking areas - a bird park with dozens of species of tropical birds or a high terrace from which you can feed and pet giraffes. Giraffes are very sociable and affectionate animals; they gladly eat bananas from people's hands and willingly let themselves be cuddled.
The elephant show - symbols of Thailand - will give you unforgettable impressions, as they dance and perform amusing tricks, earning thunderous applause from visitors.
