The largest water park in Northern Europe is located in Espoo, a suburb of Helsinki. “Serena” is widely known for its amazing attractions, so both children and adults are eager to come here.
At the water park, you can enjoy a host of unforgettable experiences. It all begins right at the entrance: it is located inside a mountain, amid forested areas, and it seems that the path leads not to watery expanses but, on the contrary, to harsh Finnish dungeons and caves. On the grounds of the entertainment center, there are pools – cold and hot, numerous slides and waterfalls. For relaxation, there are jacuzzis, hot springs, and hydromassage, and for wellness, you may want to visit a Turkish bath or a Finnish sauna.
Among the most exciting attractions of the water park are the “Tornado” and the “Black Hole” - these slides will surely make you scream with delight. Of course, they look frightening, but the risk is justified, because nowhere else will you be able to tackle a rapid descent stretching for 50 meters.
During the dizzying drops, your breath is taken away and only one thought spins through your head – how not to fly off the track. However, there is no need to worry, because the meticulous Finns who built the complex took all safety standards into account.
To take a break from the active fun, you can make use of the local cafes and bars. There is also a shop here where you can buy the necessary accessories if you happen to forget to bring something with you.
