The history of the Flamenco Cordobes tablao goes back almost half a century. Founded by guitarist Luis Adame and his wife, dancer Irene Alba, it has for decades welcomed the greatest flamenco performers to its stage.
Today Flamenco Cordobes is a venue with an excellent reputation, where recognized professionals perform. It will appeal both to those who are just getting acquainted with this Spanish-Gypsy dance and to sophisticated connoisseurs: the artists spare neither strength nor feeling and ignite the entire audience with their passion. All three components of flamenco — movement, singing, and music — come together here in a unique cocktail of vivid colors and living emotions.
Along with spiritual nourishment, you can also enjoy ordinary nourishment here: dinner or a cocktail is included in the ticket price. Two dining halls, cozy and decorated in a traditional style, are arranged so that the small stage is visible from every seat.
Flamenco Cordobes, which will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary, has already become part of Barcelona's history and has won recognition among both flamenco professionals and representatives of the tourism industry. Both organized groups and independent travelers often come here, especially since tickets can be purchased in advance online.
