In Dubai Marina, one of the most promising and rapidly developing districts, lies the city beach Marina Beach. You can get here from the two nearest metro stations, "Dubai Marina" or "Jumeirah Lake Towers." Soon, a tram line will also be completed here.
The Dubai Marina district is known as the largest concentration of grand skyscrapers, so the panorama from Marina Beach is extremely impressive. On one side there is the welcoming azure sea, and on the other, an incredible stone jungle of buildings up to 300 meters high. All this creates an extraordinary contrast of pristine nature, high technology, and globalization.
Since Marina Beach is municipal, entry is free, but you should not expect the same level of service as on hotel and club beaches. Here you will find changing cabins and several stations staffed by lifeguards. However, there are sections of the beach that are serviced by some of the clubs and hotels adjacent to it. There, you will find luxurious canopies and attentive waiters, but drinks at the bar, of course, must be paid for.
This beach is carefully cleaned by municipal services, so the sand here is just as pearly and soft as on Dubai's private beaches. The entry into the water is quite gentle, and the real depth begins at least 30 meters from the shore, so Marina Beach is ideal for a holiday with children.
