Science can be fun and engaging, and you can see this for yourself by visiting the Experimentanium Interactive Science Museum, located on Butyrskaya Street in Moscow. It is the best and, so far, the only place in Moscow where children enthusiastically study physics, chemistry, anatomy, and other school subjects that seem boring at first glance.
You only have to come here once, and you will not want to leave, because everything here is organized so engagingly that schoolchildren genuinely begin to love even the sciences that previously did not interest them. In this museum, children can and should touch everything! Absolutely all the exhibits are available for study and exploration. There are no strict teachers here; you can run around as much as you like and do what you enjoy - talk to robots, play with magnets, create tornadoes with your own hands, conduct incredible chemistry experiments...
The two floors of the Experimentanium museum building offer young visitors the chance to learn a great deal that is new and unusual, starting with physics and ending with anatomy. Curious problems, puzzles, models, illusions, and installations are designed in such a way that it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from them.
When creating the museum, which opened in 2011, the experience and developments of the best children's science centers from California and Scandinavia were used, and one of the sources of inspiration was the House of Entertaining Science of the famous Yakov Perelman, founded by him back in 1935.
