The “Artplay” Design and Architecture Center is one of the leading art projects in modern Russia. Essentially, it is a small town where, across an area of 75,000 sq. m, more than three hundred design studios, architectural bureaus, and showrooms have found their place.
By bringing together planners, architects, and designers on its grounds, “Artplay” has managed to create a unique atmosphere for creativity. Coming here, you can visit various galleries, featuring both young and promising Moscow artists and masters who have already made a name for themselves.
Numerous exhibitions are constantly held at “Artplay,” including important international projects. Three large exhibition halls host the displays; in addition, they often hold performances, concerts, film screenings, lectures, and master classes.
Special attention is given here to educational projects, which is perhaps why the British Higher School of Design is located here, as well as foreign language courses, a film school, and all kinds of children's studios.
